Our clients contact us to solve 4 types of problems:
Focusing on building relationships is a powerful way to achieve more. Investing in your teams will make you unstoppable. Our coaching offers non-invasive support while helping you achieve tangible results.
Along with Joe’s astute business acumen he also has a grace and presence that places the most junior sales associate at ease, whilst equally persuading the most senior of executives to fully accept and embrace the need for change. Joe’s unique ability of having a sincere, yet challenging empathy with people enables him to really understand the full commercial potential of any organization through the enlightenment of the employees that reside within it.
I met Joe during our law post-grad years a long time ago. I am now at the head of the French affiliate of an international medtech group with more than 2,000 employees under my responsibility and a huge diversity of activities. After 2 years of pandemic and the launch of a new strategy, something was not right. And to be honest, as a former in-house counsel, I was not really prepared nor trained to manage a huge team and face the variety of crisis that we must deal with. 2 years ago, I got in touch again with Joe and, after a few exchanges and acknowledging that his advice was quite good and efficient, he offered me an executive coaching. I am so glad he did! Joe coaches me to be aligned with who I am and allows me to make my vision a reality. What is great about Joe is that he listens a lot and does not try to apply a recipe. One size does not fit all! He is helping me to use my full potential while being my own self – not becoming someone I am not. But donβt get me wrong: with Joe this is also hard work and clear feedbacks! The very ingredients you need to improve your career!
Joe is, first and foremost, a wonderful human being who has a rare capacity to blend seamlessly a humanistic approach to the business with purely performance driven activities⦠and all of it with a lot of serious fun
Joe is human touch and details at the same time. He really understands what it takes to drive performance through people and how engagement and improvement always go hand in hand.
The People, Not Numbers podcast aims to inspire with guests who focus on people engagement. We talk about how to create the space for people to express themselves fully, passionately, authentically. We ask how to connect with others beyond the transactional reality in which we live. Tell us what you think!

Philosophy. If you are turned down by the word, don't waste too much time on this post.
But if, like me, you see in Philosophy an art that we need more than ever in today's world, you are about to have a goooooooood time.
Meet William Cunningham (IG profile: wjcunn1ngham), a professor in philosophy and ethics at The University of Notre Dame Australia, a brazilian π§π· jiu-jitsu instructor and a man in life-style transition - from urban to nature.
This episode is unique.
In the 32 episodes of the podcast, I always took the time to deep dive into the life of each pf my guests. At the end, the audience and I felt we knew each guest better, sometimes intimately.
At the end of THIS episode, I still had no clue about Will's life. But I had the feeling I knew him very closely. Like a long-time friend.
This is the power of great connections.
We dived directly into a conversation about touching the Sacred and we journeyed from that point, in a free and deep flow, full of joy and mutual care.
Here are some of the things we talked about:

β Being open to questioning our beliefs is a critical skill to a fulfilling existence
π¨ Experiencing is key. Thinking alone leads nowhere
π Gratitude is a super power
β°οΈ Plato's cave myth is a very useful story to understand key dimensions of life

If you love any type of Martial Art, if you were an immigrant child who had to go through integration - and its pains and terrors, if you are interested in health, nutrition, autoimmune diseases, this episode is really for YOU.
I had an epic discussion with an incredible man: Marko Papuckovski, founder of Humanli Wellness and ex-MMA fighter who trained with the same coaches as the legend Georges St Pierre, a major Ultimate Fighting Championship champion.
Marko was born in Macedonia https://lnkd.in/d2D4qV5s and immigrated in Australia at the age of 9, with no English knowledge... Imagine what he had to go through.
He started Martial Arts at the age of 5 and that changed his life.

Something linked to consciousness, fulfillment and impacting others.
Marika Messager went on a quest and her story is inspirational. Between France, the UK and Kenya.

Here are some of the things we talked about:
πͺ What we believe in is vastly inherited
β Being open to questioning our beliefs is a critical skill to a fulfilling existence
π¨ Experiencing is key. Thinking alone leads nowhere
π Gratitude is a super power
β°οΈ Plato's cave myth is a very useful story to understand key dimensions of life
β€οΈ I think therefore I am (Descartes) -> I love therefore I am
And MUCH MUCH MORE π€©π€©π€©!!!
I often say that the most difficult battle and deep desire in my life is to truly LOVE myself.
At the end of the episode, I was thinking that maybe my true desire is to LIVE myself.
It was a fascinating conversation. Dive into it with the curiosity and joy of an explorer.

#32 Marko Papuckovski - Show up and choose the right environment
Here are some of the things we discussed during our intense conversation:
π₯ Martial arts is about who you are, not what you do.
π The two major emotions he experienced when he started his life in Australia were embarrassment and shame.
π£ Mistakes are not mistakes. They are feedback.
π€© You reach unbelievable levels of performance when you normalize the extraordinary (this sequence is memorable).
π To fulfill your ambitions and express your true self, you need to SHOW UP and CHOOSE THE RIGHT ENVIRONMENT
and MUCH MUCH MORE π€©!!!
I feel so grateful to have spent time with you Marko.

#31 Marika Messager - Harnessing the power of your Consciousness
You can lose a lot of friends when you transition professionally. And it can be quite brutal.
This is what happened to Marika Messager 11 years ago when she moved from heading a trading desk (a room full of traders - just like in the movies), a lot of money, comfort and access, to... she did not really know what.
Something linked to consciousness, fulfillment and impacting others.
Marika Messager went on a quest and her story is inspirational. Between France, the UK and Kenya.
Now she helps organizations and leaders operate a SYSTEMIC CHANGE and harness the power of their consciousness.
Here are some golden nuggets that Marika shared in our conversation:
π° Money is a mask remover - this is one of the reasons why she likes it
β»οΈ Transformation takes CLARITY, PRESENCE and CREATION
π Change will come from the private sector - where she makes an impact
π₯΅ It's ok to BE stuck. It's not ok to STAY stuck
π In the process of letting go, you find yourself
π€© Success = Contribution + Positive Impact
And MUCH MUCH more π€©.
There are a few gems on how to assess people's performance; how being a savior disconnects you from your own needs; how she created a unique "Conscious Library" to make a massive impact in corporations, and the list is long.

#36 Dounia Jouron - The power of alliances
Head of Partnerships. You might laugh but I did not even know this was a position in a company.
Then I met the great Dounia Jouron, PhD. And a whole world opened up.
Dounia works in a payment company, Adyen.
When we met and decided to record an episode together, I did not know what to expect.
I met a person who is driven by great principles and an obsession of the big picture, might it be at work or in her life. A truly fascinating conversation.
Here are a few things that struck me during our conversation:
π€² Partnership is not a job, it is a mindset
π₯ Trust is not based on stories and promises, but on actions
π Failure is a part of a process, not something to avoid
π€ Intuition plays a big role Dounia's way to manage her partnerships
β When considering a partner, see how they treat THEIR customers
and MUCH MUCH MORE π€©

#35 Joshua Bishop, PART 1/2 - Defying life circumstances and living of your art
I do not know how to introduce this episode.
Josh Bishop will probably impact you just like me: deeply.
He is an award-winning director specializing in feature documentaries. Check what he has done here π https://lnkd.in/drDJYqmf and here πhttps://lnkd.in/dNEfUYbQ.
But Josh did not have it easy.
He has one of the most incredible lives I have known so far.
A hectic life. Sometimes really tough.
Josh might not agree, but to me he is a true survivor. A miracle.
This episode is the Part 1 of our conversation. That's a first since I created the show.
Part 2 is in the making.
This is a unique episode:
- You will embark on the incredible life of Josh. A hectic journey. Tough. Full of ups and mega downs.
- You will not believe what Josh shares with us. Nor how he is alive and the great person he is today.
- You will be touched by the man, the artist, the father, the husband, the son, the brother, and more. All imperfect. All like you and me. Just real and beautiful.
My bet is that you will be changed by that episode.
And that you will desperately wait for Part 2.

#34 Terri Allen - The magic of mindfulness
Mindfulness βββ
I could not hear this word anymore. Full of fluff. I had the sensation that everyone used it at all times for everything.
In fact, I just did not understand what mindfulness was.
Terri Allen helped me view mindfulness in a completely different way.
Because, after living the high life, creating the Dubai Fashion week 2 decades ago, working in fashion and beauty, she operated a radical change.
Terri is an incredible human being: her life is dedicated to give Children a Voice and enrich their education by TEACHING mindfulness β€οΈ.
She wrote 2 books π (in fact 3 books, you will hear that in the episode next week) for kids (find them here: https://lnkd.in/djq3T4My), has a foundation and coaches kids and parents who want to navigate the adventure of life with strong roots and landmarks.
I spent the whole conversation learning and opening my mind with Terri, broadening my horizons on a topic I found boring and misused.
Thank you Terri πβ€οΈ
Here a few things we talked about π:
β Mindfulness is NOT about being perfect and be exempt of the hassles of life
π Mindfulness IS about awareness and connectedness
βοΈ It helps you navigate the adventure of life with solid roots
π§ Teaching mindfulness to children has a huge impact on their upbringing
β―οΈ Mindfulness helps you balance THINKING with FEELING and PRESENCE
π¬ We are the writers, actors and producers of our life
π Unpleasant Patterns are a sign to stop and uncover the dust under your carpet

#33 Wil Cunningham - Love is the ultimate reality - A fabulous discussion with a modern Pilgrim
Here are some of the things we talked about:
πͺ What we believe in is vastly inherited
β Being open to questioning our beliefs is a critical skill to a fulfilling existence
π¨ Experiencing is key. Thinking alone leads nowhere
π Gratitude is a super power
β°οΈ Plato's cave myth is a very useful story to understand key dimensions of life
β€οΈ I think therefore I am (Descartes) -> I love therefore I am

I feel so grateful to have spent time with you Marko.

β Being open to questioning our beliefs is a critical skill to a fulfilling existence
π¨ Experiencing is key. Thinking alone leads nowhere
π Gratitude is a super power
β°οΈ Plato's cave myth is a very useful story to understand key dimensions of life
β€οΈ I think therefore I am (Descartes) -> I love therefore I am

ENJOY TO THE MAX π€©π€©π€©!!!

AND SO SO MUCH MORE π€©π€©π€©!!!!

#33 Wil Cunningham - Love is the ultimate reality - A fabulous discussion with a modern Pilgrim
Here are some of the things we talked about:
πͺ What we believe in is vastly inherited
β Being open to questioning our beliefs is a critical skill to a fulfilling existence
π¨ Experiencing is key. Thinking alone leads nowhere
